I was unaware in Arizona -under some circumstances- you can vote by email and Fax machine.
Mr. Bennett explains there are approximately two pallets of duplicated ballots that also need to go through the hand count audit phase of the Maricopa County forensic audit. Approximately 22 to 25 boxes containing ballots that were sent to duplication; and a slightly smaller number of boxes of finished ballots from that duplication request that need to be matched to the originating ballot. Just apply quality control methods. Statistical sampling, pre-election testing and validation of systems, tech freeze (my company freezes for the the Christmas holiday from about Halloween to mid-February), independent election day auditing not paid for by donations but taxpayers, a pre-election testing including mailing and returning those mail in ballots, full processing in duplicate systems, and immediate full recounts for all races, all candidates, always. Always bipartisan examiners and observers, including third-party and independent observers, because I, a 50+ year Republican, would rather be an independent observer checking the official count AND the other observers. Trust none of it, assume problems and find them, or be proven wrong repeatedly in the process.
There also needs to be a certified receipt given to the voter, that reflects the voter’s selections.
The ID has to be a “picture ID”.

For anyone wondering, apparently in gaming, an “Easter Egg” is something the developer buries in the game that is only found by happenstance. They are prompts that lead to a secret result. For instance, one would click on a red flower that would cause a door to open and enable one to reach the castle via a secret path. In the Dominion machines, they have found Easter Eggs such as type in “stop red ink” and that causes all Republican (red) votes to either be eliminated or switched to Dem. I can’t remember what action it led to exactly, but something similar.

I think the contractor (Cyber Ninja’s) have an agreement with the Senate that they will not publicize the results until they have completed all the functions in the step they are working. Makes sense if you think about it. How can you give results on a thing if you haven’t checked all the facets of that step? In AZ, military members and their families are allowed to vote by fax or a special portal. It’s going to be interesting though to verify when those votes were transferred over to a ballot, if they were transferred over correctly. I know in Georgia, out of 950 military votes, Biden received…950 votes to zero for Trump. I know. Kind of shocking. I could have sworn that in an interview about a week ago Bennet said he was surprised by a couple of things… one of which was some number of duplicate ballots NOT having the requisite serial number for matching the source to the duplicate.
But this interview made it sound like they’re just starting to crack open those boxes? Dunno.
I had the same thought. I was sure I heard that, too.
Everything was based on trust for the adjudication room.
What I got from the earlier reports was every “duplicated” ballot is by law supposed to be marked with a unique serial number that is also to be written on the “spoiled” source ballot, so they can be matched up for verification. As the auditors opened boxes of ballots they found one half of the pair. I don’t remember, but logically the boxes of counted ballots would include the “duplicate” part that gets “counted”. Many of the “duplicates” in the boxes did not have complete serial numbers marked on them. It would make perfect sense that the auditors are now opening boxes of what are supposed to be the counterparts. Lack of serial numbers would make it hard to check for falsification of individual ballots, but you could still count the entire bodies of each type and see if they match.
Oh I see… you’re saying they’re probably opening the source ballots of the duplicates. I guess that makes sense… save the best for last! Sounds like a big P.I.T.A. if you ask me. You partition out the source/duplicate pairs that do have a tracking number, then you’re left with a bunch of random, untraceable sources and duplicates. So all of the untraceable sources need to be re-duplicated, then the new duplications need to be compared to original duplications to see if the numbers add up… and if they don’t… go figure out where the differences are? Yikes.

The simplest solution is usually the best. Vote in person. Vote with valid picture I.D. Vote only if you area U.S. citizen. No absentee ballots. No mail in or now fax in ballots.No ballot harvesting.Polls close at 9 P.M. Late ballots are discarded.But the Uniparty, especially the Demonic Pedo Democrat wing dosnt like simple.
The military/diplomats etc need to be able to vote somehow as they can’t do it in person.
But that excludes members of the military and some of their family members from voting unless you are saying to establish polling places in overseas assigned areas.
Absentee voting should be allowed provided one meets the requirements and turns the ballot in ahead of time. if a voter absence from their town is for travel or military duties the ballot must be turned in in person. If absence due to incapacitation, its filled out with a notary by side and ballot goes directly into an overnight envelope with tracking number already on it and mailed off.
No early voting, period.
One day only to vote being the first Tuesday in November 6am-8pm.
One thing I never understood was why in every military installation we don’t have dedicated voting apparatus for the warfighters. It seems pretty easy to set up a corner of the mess with a screened in area attended by a soldier/sailor/airman/marine assigned to that duty and that duty alone–give out ballots and observe ballots being inserted into a locked box by the voter. The servicemember signs off when cycling off duty and the next person signs on immediately thereafter to show no break in eyeballs on the locked box.
The locked box will then be transported back to an assigned base/post/port in the USA and hand counted under the watchful eyes of at least three servicemembers, including an officer, representing both major parties and NPAs. The results could be tallied to the base/post/port’s county elections results.
Maybe it’s just a pipe dream, but it seems that this could be done from August 31 to October 25 each federal election and still get the results tallied and properly reported prior to election night.

This is actually the Kentucky system except they are counted by simple scanners unconnected to anything except AC power. The paper ballots are retained and can be matched to the machine count in an audit. All counts are done at the precinct level and are posted on the door at the precinct. The county clerk sends the totals to the state. The counts are verified and signed by judges of opposing parties. Opposing judges travel together to deliver the counts to the county clerk. It was changed a bit for Covid, but basically the same precinct system.
Yes, that sounds quite secure. As I intended to say, both the software and the human processes must be entirely “open.” It’s not enough to just look at the machinery. Both the human and the computer practices used by, e.g. Dominion, are laughably inadequate.
The software must be cooperatively developed and totally open to scrutiny and review by experts … who will do so. This is how we built: the Linux® operating system, the core technology of Apple’s OS/X®, every civilian crypto system and the security infrastructure which surrounds them (e.g. “what puts that ‘padlock’ on the address bar …”), the implementation of every programming language, and on and on and on. We know how to execute, securely manage, and deploy all such projects … worldwide.
That’s how we do it in Wakulla County, FL.

I don’t know if they actually did this … but it is possible to digitally sign both a fax transmission and an e-mail so that you actually do know where and from whom it came from. You can also transmit the data securely.
The question is – and I fear that I know the answer – did the people who designed, implemented, and executed these processes actually know how to do them securely? Or, were they also operating under “the prevalent, naïve assumption that we have all had up to now,” that everybody who was supposed to be acting honorably, actually was. ?
