Preponderance of evidence, in a courtroom and in jury instructions, means the evidence proves it’s more likely than not that what the plaintiff alleges is true
A jury is instructed that 51% more likely is enough to find wrong doing.
Much easier standard than criminal law’s beyond a reasonable doubt.

I read grammatical errors in the GA pdf I downloaded from Sidney’s site, the only bothersome bits are lack of spaces in sentences which slows reading down, but I assume it was a copy/paste formatting error between 2 different word processors. Seriously people if that’s all you’ve got, stand down. Al Gore got 37 days to contest ONE STATE and neither he nor the FL Courts were willing to stop the process after 37 days.

In light of all the activities/actions of the left, the establishment, the globalists, the progressives, etc., have done/are doing to reverse all that D.J. Trump has accomplished in less than four years can you guess which of the lessons learned (see below) were first presented to the public in 1989 (after serving 26 years as a soldier and in my third year as an American community’s police chief) and which have been drafted since Donald Trump became President?
A Soldier/Cop’s Lessons Learned
* Soldiers (at least ground combat soldiers that is) do not fight first and foremost for their country, the flag, motherhood, the girl back home, nor apple pie (and never have since WWII in that not one military engagement has been conducted with its primary objective being to protect the American people). Before all else, soldiers engaged in ground combat fight for their fellow soldiers and their unit.
* Commencing with the onset of WWII the primary force/interest driving all military strategies/tactics/procurements/policies have been those of the so-called military/industrial complex.
* The Seven C’s of Leadership according to a survey of 1646 Vietnam era ground combat veterans listed of the order of their importance are; Candor, Competence, Consistency, Commitment, Courage, Compassion, and Courtesy. The reason the soldiers in the survey chose the word “candor” is because to them candor encompasses both omission and co-mission. To a combat soldier lack of absolute candor, be it co-mission or omission, are equal sins! In short, soldiers expect/demand absolute candor from their leaders before all else. Note: I have observed during my career in government service that democrats are masters of co-mission while republicans are masters of omission!
* The American people are the most effectively lied to people in modern times thanks primarily to the American political class, the American bureaucracy, the American media, and American academia.
* Arrogance coupled with ignorance equals stupidity.
* The greatest threats to the American people are the corrupt and/or incompetent politicians/bureaucrats/academicians found at every level of government/academia, and the majority of the American so-called media.
* Most of the politicians/bureaucrats/academicians I have encountered during my years as a soldier/cop I most kindly refer to as; self-serving, witless, cowards.
* The American Profession of Arms and our brothers/sisters in blue have failed to protect the American people from all of their enemies, both foreign and most especially domestic.
* There are only two primary requirements to be a career soldier and/or cop in America. One must be smart enough to do the work and dumb enough to take the job.
* American soldiers and police officers must in addition to mastering all of their professionally mandated tasks, learn to accomplish the same with at least one arm tied behind their backs and their vision impaired 50% or more.
* After carefully watching the whole of the political class since 1960 (the year I joined the U.S. Army), I can say without reservation that most of the group will sell their souls and our bodies just to remain in power.
* Want to see what the United States of America will look like if the left takes control of the government? Take your pick, New York City, Baltimore, Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or the complete packages; California, New York, Illinois, and/or most anywhere democrats are in charge.
* If the so-called ‘progressive movement’ continues unchecked a number of able veterans are going to be presented with a challenge/decision. “Are the American people worth another drop of our sweat, much less our blood?”
The truth is that none of the lessons learned presented above were penned after D.J. Trump arrived on the American political stage. However, several were modified/updated in light of recent events/activities. In closing, I must admit that several lessons learned were dropped from the 1989 submission in that my oath of office as both a soldier and a cop charged me to serve and protect my fellow Americans, not to aggravate and/or scare them!

I’ll keep hammering this: We made sure to get paper copies in GA because we didn’t trust the machines. These aren’t receipts printed by the tally machines. The papers copies are the actual printed ballots of each voter with human readable prints of each selection. The hand recount will count the human readable portion of the ballot. That count will either match, or it won’t. If conspirators maneuvered to flip votes, they left themselves open to easily discoverable and provable fraud. Possible, but dubious.
It was Kemp and a GA senate commission that pushed for hard copy paper trails over the objections of the democrats, and this Kemp-centered conspiracy is among the more fanciful.
There may be ways to manipulate the in-person vote, but it would be an external attack (replacing all the printed ballots, for example), not something in the programming.
I hope the absentee ballot portion of powell’s filing has legs though. I also wish it wasn’t tainted by the dominion stuff.
Are you sure about those paper receipts ? I voted in Cobb County Georgia, and I didn’t get a receipt. There was a piece of paper that the County kept from themselves, but it definitely was NOT a ballot. It was one of those square “Quick Response Codes” that looks like a type of square bar code. Of course, that could have been the code for Mickey Mouse for all I know. This much is true: if the Demcraps want to cheat, there is no way in HELL you are going to stop them. They will find a way. No one is smart enough to think of every possible defense to every angle of attack.

I know some of you have seen Patrick Byrne interviewed as I have. He’s a good explainer of what happened. Here’s another of his interviews. He lumps the fraud into 3 “buckets” which I think helps people with easy processing and he concentrates on the 5 cities the Dems targeted.
This is pretty darn good. It would be better with the addition of specific charts from this analysis which make it plainly clear not only that the vote was compromised, but that it happened nearly simultaneously in several states in the overnight hours of 11/4…

I think what a lot of people are failing to appreciate is how stellar Sidney Powell’s defence of Michael Flynn was. She uncovered massive FBI corruption and even the original lawyers issues and problems. I understand why there might have been some distance between the WH team and her in terms of strategy. It might take a lot longer to prove what she is alleging (which doesn’t mean she cannot get the evidence nor that it will be unsuccessful). The issue is the time crunch facing the Trump legal team. They need to focus on the immediate ballot and constitutional issues as these can be quickly ruled on and adjudicated. This is a very complicated case and I think that the Trump team is doing a good job through the court. Hard to say what the outcome will be but I don’t; think division in ranks is good for morale right now. I am not a Pollyanna kind of person but I also think we need to give our support to their efforts.
Sidney Powell is making believers out of these corrupt politicians. She is lighting a fire under their feet and I would be surprised if the judges are not noticing.
My perspective is that Powell and the Trump Legal Team have merely separated as a divide and conquer tactic. They are surrounding the enemy from all sides in a coordinated attack. Their mission remains the same…expose the fraud, the treasonous attempt to overthrow the landslide re-election of Trump.
This infographic (the full one that is linked) is an excellent elevator pitch. Reminds me of the trial scene in HBO’s “Chernobyl”, where the lead investigator walks how the reactor works, and what made it melt down. “Hey! I think I get it!”. Good miniseries, if you haven’t seen it.
By the way, I don’t think the Exhibits referred to in the Georgia filing are available yet… anybody know? Or they were filed under seal, I vaguely remember reading? Of particular interest to me is Russ Ramsland’s claim about the 96K ballots based on absentee ballot counts from the state… Exhibit 9 in the GA filing, slide 6 in the graphic. Curious how he came up with that.
I also ran across this exhibit… I guess filed with the MI filing…that Sidney retweeted. It’s from a Military Intelligence analyst, and is probably the same Exhibit referenced in the GA filing, not sure.

Thank you for bringing us Mr Ross’s infographics. Mr Ross’s infographics are easily understood, and as such are an invaluable tool for educating others.
Mr Ross’s obvious attention to detail brings one to a perhaps-unintended bit of levity in the presentation – insecure voting machines.
Now, insecurity is a common malady, usually overcome with a referral to a psycho-logist and perhaps some medication.
One suspects, however, that the voting machines would feel less insecure by making the voting machines less unsecured. Increasing the overall machine security always makes the puter less insecure about being so unsecured.
Thank you again for the educational aids. Every little bit helps, and these are a big help.
