The people on the ground in Windham, New Hampshire, are doing an excellent job holding the election officials and auditors accountable to the people during this forensic ballot audit. The audit started because the tabulating machines (Dominion hardware and software) did not accurately count the votes from the physical ballots.
During the first small audit (recount) it was discovered that Republican votes were undercounted and Democrat candidates were overcounted. This anomaly was discovered during a hand recount of the ballots as compared to the electronic tabulation results. After the first set of tabulation results were discovered to be inaccurate the state authorized a full forensic audit. The full audit is ongoing, here’s the update:
Yesterday it was reported the second hand recount matched the first, which means the machine tabulation of those ballots was wrong. The auditors wondered if folded ballots generated the problem. The test of folded -vs- unfolded ballots (counted by same machine) showed a high number of errors. That would mean the tabulation machines across all of New Hampshire may have this problem.

I suppose a fold could cause a problem, it could also give Dominion plausible deniability and save face as more audits uncover tremendous fraud.
If we have reached the point where the scanning machines cannot be trusted, and the company itself is accepting that its machines cannot process bent paper, then 100% hand recount is required.
One thing is certain, we are well outside of constitutional guidance when a Party has cheated its way into Certified electors to get the Presidency. Do we replace immediately? Hold another election? Does Trump still get a 4 year term? Or the remaining of this term? Are Biden’s actions nullified? Does congress have to pass more laws to unwind Biden’s laws? What happens to those $trillions?
I love PDJT but the goal of our Constitution is not about the rights of winners, but to assure the voice of voters, and for this reason THE voice that decides in ambiguous cases is the voice of elected people.
Congress can fix this by impeaching Biden, installing a different Speaker, and by such steps, they could if they so wish put Trump back in now.
But this is NOT a matter for judges to rectify and NOT for the Army. For the time being, the elected VOICE OF THE PEOPLE has given the presidency to the senile demented criminally greedy baby killer blasphemous Biden.
And no judge or Army can be rightly empowered to change that. Our elected representatives at state and federal level can fix this. The focus on judges and Army to me is an “out” that kids Congress this problem is not theirs, but it is. Just as, between Nov and January, state legislatures did not do what they could have, because they thought judges would, so too now, the focus on judges and Armies takes the pressure off the people who can actually legally fix this, which is STATE LEGISLATURES AND CONGRESS. They have ways. They can impeach, they can use their powers to send people to Congress, they can be clever . This is THEIR PROBLEM and fantasies about the Army just take the heat off them.
It is up to us to vote more carefully, legislate elections more carefully, volunteer to count them, and be braver in use of our privileged voices.
Our system is not set up to secure the rights of winners. It is about the right of the people to govern themselves via the voice they delegate to elected representatives. The state legislatures and Congress are responsible for the fix, and don’t dwell on fantasies that take the heat off them.
In politics with multiple sides voting, as in sports or other contests, there are winners and losers. Not everyone can get a gold star and be a winner.
Congress can not fix this because they caused this and they are corrupt as are the alphabet agencies they created and corrupted along with any new corrupted agency or watchdog they would put in place. How do I know this? A wiser man outlined this when he helped found this country, Thomas Jefferson …

The judges are corrupted and they are no longer viable for justice or honest legal matters. The Army leadership has been infected through and through with corruption as well, but the people make up the army and they could help if it turns to the option we have been trying to avoid, which may be an impossibility as we have never been here before.
The army can be rightly empowered, as per the Constitution and the I and many others swore to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same ;” and that oath has no expiration or end by date. And as pointed out by Thomas Jefferson and any good cancer doctor the only way is to fully excise the cancer and restore it to it’s original unblemished state. Congress can NOT fix this. Again, they are the ones that created the corruption, spread it around, gave life and breath to it, and have used it to their purposes against the very office, citizenry, country, and Constitution that were supposed to be working in good faith for.

A Congress which was put in place by a flawed election is not a valid congress. They have NO AUTHORITY IN ANY MATTER WHATSOEVER.
There is no congressional mechanism or procedural device to set the wheels in motion for undoing this.
The first step is to audit every state with a hand count to determine the accuracy of the count in general, removing any legalese upon which ballots get counted. If it was cast it is recounted and verified in a hand count. If upon the results of the hand count we discover the count was incorrect the Biden administration was not elected the Congress and the Senate will not have any work to do. The SCOTUS is hands off. This will have to happen in the states. The states will need to decertify the vote from January 6th, as this is where the count comes from.
The cabinet appointees would be dismissed, any and all bills voted and passed to the senate are null and void. Any Senate bills sent to the fake potus are null and void.

There are two remedies in the Constitution before the inauguration and the state legislatures and Congress chose to ignore the fraud. We must return to paper ballots that are cast at an authorized polling center in-person, after showing valid ID. The only exception are mail-in ballots, properly managed, for military and those with disabilities.
Processes, including chain-of-custody, need to be constantly examined for weaknesses and forensic audits should be regularly conducted. Criminals who commit election and voter fraud to poison U.S. elections should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law no matter their position in government or society.

They have to cannibalize junk machines to borrow parts. That is how ridiculus it is.

My understanding of the finding is that 28% of the ballots were counted by the machine and 72% were adjudicated.
The state rep race is the one that caused the ballot to be rejected for over votes because of the crease.

The problem is that AccuVote machines aren’t being made anymore. LHS Associates, the New Hampshire firm that services them throughout New England, is reduced to cannibalizing old machines for parts such as its dot matrix printer or that joke-worthy memory card, which requires a working battery or else it will lose all the information about the ballots it has just counted.
“A bigger concern is the software,” said Jeff Silvestro, president of LHS. The AccuVote operating system runs on Windows XP, a variant that Microsoft hasn’t supported for years, leading to concerns about crashes and bugs that might raise questions about results.
On Friday the state invited four companies – Hart Intercivic, Election Systems & Software, Clear Ballot and LHS – to hold a small trade show on the third floor of the LOB, showing off their wares to potential customers. They also gave half-hour pitches to the audience.
There’s no schedule set for replacement, said Dave Scanlan, deputy secretary of state for New Hampshire, who oversees elections, but if there’s enough interest from communities that the state might go through the process of certifying ballot-counting devices other than AccuVote.
As is required by state law, all the systems work by optically reading paper ballots. Purely digital voting systems that don’t use paper ballots are not allowed in New Hampshire. Communities that count ballots by hand would not be affected by any change.
LHS not only services AccuVote but is selling an updated variant of it, which was approved for use in Massachusetts in 2014 after a certification process that lasted a year and a half.
Running XP isn’t an issue of any sort UNLESS the machine can “see” the internet. If it doesn’t have the PROHIBITED modems, then there is nothing to keep the software from running for the next century or so.

My question is, why are only the state election choices offset and not lined up with each other. Democrat being one line below Republican? All other office selections are on the same line? Why the difference? What is the logic here? The fold seems to be through The Democrat State candidate, Kristi Laurent. If that fold causes a positive reading, still does not quite explain 300 Republican under votes and about 120 over votes for Laurent.
Anyone know how many mail in ballots there were out of the approx. 10,000 votes in Windham?

Yes, it appears the Democrat candidates for state representatives were deliberately vertically offset on the ballots.
This would cause an overvote on any folded ballot with the Republican state candidate selected. Then the ballot would be sent to “adjudication”, where a poll worker gets to select their choice for every candidate, not just adjudicate the state representative overvote.

BTW, I’m sort of an expert in gub’mnt forms having created or redesigned over 1,000 of the most commonly used such documents over a number of years of work.
Fortunately for America almost all the forms I worked with were to be read by humans and not machines, but there are comparable errors that can occur that cause people to MISREAD a form, either as someone, filling it out, or reading it for administrative purposes.
Imagine what happens to a folded ballot run through a facer canceller or equivalent machine AT THE POST OFFICE! That folded form on the inside of the return envelope is going to be MASHED like you wouldn’t believe.
It’s worth doing a national audit on all ballots produced by the several printers who did the work. One company in Arizona did 70 million absentee and return ballots. They have a set of samples of all the work they did, so it’s possible to determine the impact of normal postal processes on the returned items…..
No wonder so many Democrat hacks and poll workers were so upset about anyone “messing wif’ the post office”…… they literally demanded that NO MACHINES be repaired, or replaced during the period ballots were being processed.
Maybe they knew something.

“Largely Caused“ is The Big Lie.
They have until the 27th to complete their “audit” as required by the NH Senate. They have 45 days after the “audit” to prepare and file their report to the NH Senate. Since it was Senate ordered, they have 45 days to review and respond.
To pretend we know all the answers at this point is ridiculous. I believe they still have 1 or 2 phases left to compete in this 4 or 5 step audit.
The State and their Senate better be very transparent with the reports, documentation, scans and so forth.
I know for a fact that the citizens are not at all happy with how this all has gone down. All of the chickens guarding their hen houses. Being in the room late at night when the cameras are out. Pretending we don’t need all 4 cameras, or cameras 24/7. Pretending we can’t get the resolution we need. Truly incompetent people.
Saying that there is nothing we can do is not acceptable. Possession is not 9/10th of the law when it comes to a fraudulently obtained office. There are several mechanisms for removal, including the most obvious of impeachment.
This has been discarded by some commentators on the grounds that there is no proof Biden / Harris were involved in, or even aware of, the fraud at the time of the election. However, once that fraud is disclosed and (hopefully) state legislatures move to decertify, the act of remaining in the office itself is a “high crime”.
Keep in mind that a “high crime” historically did not require an actual crime under the law, but the reference to “high” was to the higher moral and ethical standard expected of office holders, beyond mere legalities. Hence, a “high crime” for impeachment can be any act of moral or ethical failure, whether or not a technical crime. Holding onto an office after the election result is decertified is certainly an ethical failure.
It is conceivable that Democrats in the House could be sufficiently worried about a 2022 electoral blood bath that they would consent to appoint the legitimate 2020 electoral winner, Trump, as Speaker, in order to install him in office for the balance of the presidential term. In the alternative, the electoral consequence of the fraud in 2022 will assuredly usher in a strong Rep majority that can do the same.
