Leah Remini says Danny Masterson charges are ‘just the beginning’

Leah Remini thinks Scientology’s time has come.

“Finally, victims are being heard when it comes to Scientology,” Remini tweeted in response to noted Scientologist Danny Masterson’s rape charges, which were filed Wednesday.

“This is just the beginning, Scientology,” the 50-year-old actress’s dispatch continued. “Your days of getting away with it [are] coming to an end!”

Remini, a former Scientologist who has become one of the controversial organization’s most vocal critics, focused on the accusations against Masterson in the finale of her hit A&E docuseries, “Scientology and the Aftermath.” It featured interviews with two of the actor’s accusers, contextualizing them within the larger pattern of assault accusations against Scientology.

“Leah Remini has blood on her hands,” the church told The Post last August after news of the “Aftermath” finale broke. “Her show’s lies, distortions and exhortations to hate and bigotry generated assassination threats against the leader of the Scientology religion, physical attacks on Churches, and the murder of a Scientology religious worker whose throat was slashed by a madman egged on by Remini’s horrendous distortions.”

Four women — including Masterson’s ex-girlfriends Chrissie Carnell Bixler and Marie Bobette Riales — described an intimidation campaign aimed at silencing them by the church after they came forward in 2017, according to court docs obtained by The Blast.
