Every day seems to bring a new Liberal attack on our freedom.
The Trudeau Liberals have launched yet another front in their assault on freedom:
Going after your private communications.
As reported by Blacklock’s, Liberal-appointed censorship advisors are now talking about putting “misleading political communications” under government regulation:
“Misleading political communications” should be federally regulated, say censorship advisors appointed by Heritage Minister Pablo Rodriguez. Unregulated political discussion and disinformation was a kind of pollution that “erodes the foundations of democracy,” said the group: “By polluting the information environment with false, deceptive or misleading information, disinformation undermines citizens’ rights to form their own informed opinions.”
And that’s not all.
The Liberals are now looking at gaining regulatory control over “private communications.”
“Many experts supported the notion that private communications should be included under the scope of the legislative framework,” wrote staff, adding: “Some experts explained private messaging services should be regulated.”
Beyond parody, honestly. Just totally bonkers.

Foot-in-the-door technique
This is exactly what authoritarian states do.
They get their foot-in-the-door with one piece of legislation that normalizes government regulation of the media/internet, and then they keep on expanding it, until all aspects of communication are government controlled/monitored.
Authoritarian states – whether communist or fascist – always go in that direction, because they fear free-thinking more than anything else.
Endless assault on freedom
Just yesterday, I wrote about how the Liberals will never stop trying to take away your freedom:
“If you are a Canadian who supports freedom, believes government power should be limited, and respects the history and tradition of Canada, the Liberals hate you.
They hate you, and they hate what you stand for.
And they are willing to corrupt and destroy every institution in this country so they can mold it into a tool to be used to take away our rights.
This is the disturbing reality that we all must face, and that’s why it is more essential than ever before that we have the courage to speak out against the Liberal government, and ensure they are defeated.”
I wish I was wrong.
Unfortunately, it took just a day for the Liberals to make another move to try and restrict our rights and freedoms.
Going after private communications would put Canada in the position of being a fully authoritarian state, and anyone who supports what the Liberals are doing are declaring themselves as anti-freedom and anti-Canadian.
Like all authoritarian states, the Liberal government lies constantly, and then demands the sole power to define the truth.
They want to be able to silence all who disagree with them, and push their destructive agenda without resistance.
In doing so, they are destroying everything good and positive about our nation, and tearing the country apart.
Will Canadians allow them to get away with it?
